I get a sore stomach when I'm stressed. Can you help?
Absolutely! Your brain and your stomach are best friends. When you are stressed, your stomach feels it too. Our treatments like Shirodhara (oil poured on the forehead) and massage are wonderful for calming your nerves, which helps your stomach calm down too.
